MMA Cast Acrylic SHEET (Methly Meth Acrylate)

       Cast acrylic is also called as MMA. It is formed with manuel or automatic ways from the liquid raw materials. It substitutes glass well. It has %20 thermal isolations. It is 6 times more resistable than glass. It is one of the best plastic sheet that performs agains weather conditions. It is also produced as satine and icy surfaced. Having many colors gives advantage to the cast acrylic sheet.

EXTRUDED ACRYLIC SHEET PMMA (PolyMethyl MethAcrylate)

EXTRUDED ACRYLIC SHEETS - PMMA(PolyMethyl MethAcrylate)

These sheets are produced with extrusion technic. PMMA comes out with changing of Monomer Acrylic Structure. Monomer is shaped as sheet at extrusion lines. As long as machine allows, PMMA sheet is produced as requested but there ara a handiful world standard sizes.

It is much ligther then glass. Also it is easy to handle and stack. Transparent acrylic has %92 light transmission comparing to glass. PMMA has less tolerance then cast acrylic sheet. Manufacturing process is obviously fast.

Ekstrüzyon yöntemi ile üretilen akrilik levhalardır. Monomer haldeki akriliğin moleküler yapısının değiştirilmesi sonucu çoklu hale gelmesiyle PMMA elde edilir. PMMA, çekme hattı olarak bilinen üretim hattında çekilerek istenen ebatlarda ve kalınlıklarda şekillendirilerek levha haline getirilir. Cama göre çok daha hafirtir. Dolayısıyla taşıması ve istiflemesi kolaydır. Şeffar renkli akrilik cama göre %92 ışık geçirgenliğine sahiptir. Dökme akriliğe göre ebat toleransları çok daha azdır. Üretimi ise daha hızlı ve pratiktir.
