ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE PANEL

       Aluminium composite panels are produced with high tecnology and mostly used in sign and buildings. Aluminium composite panels are coating material which are mainly consisted two aluminium layers at outside and non tozic polyetylene layer at

middle side. There is a protective masking film at coated side to prevent to distroy during carrying, stacting and applicating. The color difference between panels goes

to zero to due perfect color harmony. Excellent smooth surface provides good image. There are two kinds of surface; Polyester and PVDF coated. Polyester (PS) coated panels are used in sign and display systems. PVDF coated panels are appliceted in constructions as building materials.

              Aluminium composite panels can be easily fixed to any type

of cladding applications which consist of many different shapes and angles, carve and radius by cutting, bending, curving, folding, fastening, welding, edge jointing&close-out, etc. All processes are possible are ordinary metal and wood working machinery to shape the distinctive manifestation of your desing concept.

Colors:

Basic colors are metalic silver, white, red, bright silver and black.

Waether Durabilty and Corrosion Resistant:

Composite panel is coated with flourocarbon (PVDF) resin. It withstands extreme weather conditions and minimizes the possibility of acid, alkali and salt sprey corrosion, hence uneffected bye the temperature change and the long term bask of ultra violet ray.

Greeat Impact Resistance:

Viscoelastic high moleculer resing comprises the core, preventing cracking or breaking, yet provides high strenght, stiffness and an impact resistant.
